My experience with this place was absolutely horrific! I booked a room online. When I showed up to check-in. the person at the desk led me to believe that I must have set my reservation up at a different hotel. It was late, so I paid for a room. The next day I come to find out that was not the case at all. Long story short. They double charged me. When I called to explain the situation and try to get at least one charge refunded, It went from bad to worse. The 2 ladies I spoke with, had no sympathy for my situation, and had absolutely no interest in investigating, refunding, or helping in any way. I highly recommend never staying here!! If you do, make sure to watch out for TIFFANY OR JESSICA. They could not have been more unprofessional at handling my situation.

I was greated by Cinnamon. She was great. The hotel was very clean. My only complaint was the mattress. Please upgrade your mattress it's time. My back was killing me from laying on the bed. I was pleased with parking. The area seemed very safe.

My partner and I stayed here over the holiday and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Clean and spacious rooms. The suites would be great for families traveling with children or other groups. Good central location to access various parts of the St. Louis area. Easy access to food and entertainment on Main Street and the Streets of St. Charles. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple and tasty and the 24 hour coffee was always fresh. I will plan to stay here again!

Very nice room with a decent breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. I would've liked to have the river view, but we were in the front with a view of Main Street. Make sure you book on one of the travel sites as opposed to booking direct. You'll save some dough.
